Campers New Year’s Resolutions and how to stick to them!

January is the perfect time to start thinking about your future and what you would like to achieve.

Whilst creating New Year’s resolutions, you need to understand that YOU have the power to create YOUR success.

Many people set goals or resolutions that are vague or diluted and these goals are hard to stick to. Goals need to specific, realistic and you need to be committed.

If your resolution is to lose weight, then plan a strategy for this – ask the questions, follow your answers and create clear steps to achieve this.

Ask the questions:

  • How are you going to do it?
  • Why are you going to do it?
  • When are you going to do it?

We asked our campers, what are your New Year’s resolutions? Here’s their feedback – and our advice!
