The Northern Bootcamp 4-day bootcamp exercise and activity programme is diverse: you’ll enjoy a fantastic selection of indoor and outdoor, high-intensity and low-intensity sessions; a visit to a health spa; and the added bonus of the opportunity to try more adventurous activities.
Every exercise and activity on the 4-day bootcamp is tailored to you as an individual. You will not work at the group rate, but will exercise at your own level. We appreciate it is difficult to imagine how this works, but as we maintain a relatively small camp size, you will get plenty of one-to-one training so that the trainers understand your needs and adapt every session to suit your ability.
Four-day bootcamps are not all about physical exertion. There are also opportunities to engage in unique outdoor activities that are designed to inspire you and build self-esteem to help you make the lifelong changes you desire. So, while you focus on results, we focus on long-term development, providing the tools and motivation to help you to get the most from your bootcamp.
The 4-day bootcamp location near Bamburgh, Northumberland, provides the perfect place to leave the pollution of life behind and spend time in an environment that people travel from far and wide to see. The miles of untouched beaches, the rugged Cheviot Hills, views of Holy Island and visits to ancient forests can almost help you to forget why you are here in the first place.
Finally, it is important to know that Northern Bootcamp provides a unique, personal ongoing support network. Even on the 4-day fitness camp, we will ensure that you leave with an action and nutrition plan, and exclusive access to your own personal trainer for advice and inspiration after the camp.
