If you are unsure about whether you can hack a one-week bootcamp, but want to see great results, then the 2-day bootcamp could be the answer.
Like all of our bootcamp experiences, the programme is full of varied exercise and activity sessions, providing you with plenty of opportunities. You will be guided by exceptional trainers, who will motivate, encourage and inspire you to reach your potential.
In a non-military style and with full support, you will be encouraged to challenge yourself and make the most of your bootcamp experience. You will have the opportunity to try new, more adventurous activities incorporating plenty of fun too. All sessions at bootcamp are ‘challenge by choice’, which means you will not be forced into anything you are not happy with.
While the schedule is jam-packed, we recognise the need for chill-out time and relaxation, and therefore include a minimum of one free visit to a health spa. There, you can swim, have a massage, or just relax and unwind in the luxury facilities.
