The food we make for our campers is vital to the many success stories achieved on camp – and that’s the inspiration for this cookbook.

Since 2011, Northern Bootcamp has helped thousands of campers improve their fitness, diet regimes, and whole outlook on healthy living with our residential boot camps. And these aren’t your standard, grueling military-style camps: our camps take the friendly approach, with exercises tailored to every individual’s needs.

What’s in the book?

Bootcamp Kitchen covers a wide variety of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, as well as recipes to create a selection of satisfying and scrumptious puddings and snacks. Bootcamp Kitchen’s recipes cater for all meal types, and are designed to aid fat loss and to help improve fitness with the use of clean recipes. The meals are quick and easy to make, and suitable for every member of the family – not just those wanting to lose weight.

Bootcamp Kitchen also includes information on exercise and training, with examples of how to train effectively and some sessions to try out at home.

Our Special Offers

NORTHERN BOOTCAMP COVID-19 NOTICE

We will start operating our residential bootcamps from September 2020, with smaller numbers on camp and adaptations made in light with the latest government guidelines.  All dates and availability are now live they can be booked online here.

However, we have some new exciting products to help you to make the most of the summer:

Virtual Bootcamp - a 7 Day bootcamp that you can take part in from the comfort of your own home. These have been a huge success so far and more details can be found here.

Zoom online fitness classes.  We are offering up to 23 classes varied classes per week.  There is an option to buy a 4 week  unlimited class pass or simply book one class. Key workers can join any class for free and simply book here.

From July 4th we are offering Bed and Breakfast in our brand new lodges. With the option of PT sessions, bike hire, body boards and more. A new website for this is coming soon, you can find out more by clicking here
