Many of our loyal clients know we have been looking at extending our accommodation to include beautiful luxury cabins on our Golden Hill site due to the increase in popularity of our camps. At present we continue to use the lovely Stablewood Cottages when we need to overflow.
Just to update you and keep you in the loop we have hit a small snag with planning, but we are pushing forward, however it looks like it may be end of the year or early 2019 when they are in place.
Due to the need to book extra accommodation we do need to reiterate our cancellation policy. If you do need to cancel your camp for whatever reason before 4 weeks before, I am afraid your £100 deposit will be retained. The deposit is non-refundable and non transferable. This is due to extra accommodation having to be paid in full at time of booking.
Apologies if this seems harsh or unfriendly, but as our small business grows, so does the cost of accommodating our extra options and dates to you.
