#AdventAbs day 9 – boot camp fitness micro-routine

OK, it’s time to bring the past three days’ exercises together, to form our second mini-routine. Remember, the Northern Bootcamp #AdventAbs ethos is based around bite-sized, achievable exercises that won’t get in the way of your partying this December.

Start with the Prone Plank, follow up with the Single Leg Stretch, and end with the Swan Dive. The repeat the whole set a further two times. These may seem tame, but we guarantee you’ll feel it the next morning.

 

Prone Plank

Beginners: 3x 15 seconds
Intermediate: 3x 30 seconds
Advanced: 3x 45 seconds
Pro: 3x 60 seconds

Single Leg Stretch

Beginners: 5 repetitions
Intermediate: 7 repetitions
Advanced and Pro: 10 repetitions

Swan Dive

Beginners: 5 repetitions
Intermediate: 7 repetitions
Advanced and Pro: 10 repetitions
