The Promise:
Shape up in one day – regardless of your starting point. Aimed at both those who can “run ten miles” or “have never run 10m”, expect group sessions, one-to-one coaching and motivational training. More than your standard circuits-based bootcamp, over the course of the day (7.15am or 9.30am to 5pm), you’ll have the opportunity to try your hand at outdoors pursuits such as abseiling, archery, canoeing and orienteering. And, if you love it, there are weekend and even 14-day options to progress to.
