Following our recent smoothie post on our social media page, we had requests to give you more smoothie recipes to try so here are a few to keep you going.
Each of these can be created in just 5 minutes by combining all of the listed ingredients in a blender and whizzing it all together until smooth.

Breakfast Smoothie (Serves 1)
200 ml coconut milk
½ medium banana
50g frozen berries
10g oats
Collard Greens Smoothie with Mango and Lime (Serves 2)
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
450g stemmed and chopped broccoli and cabbage
200g frozen mango
150g green grapes
Pomegranate Berry Smoothie (Serves 2)
156g frozen mixed berries
128g pomegranate juice
1 medium banana
64g non-fat cottage cheese
½ cup water
Clean Eating Raspberry Coconut Smoothie (Serves 2)
420g light coconut milk
68g frozen raspberries OR 96g fresh raspberries
2 tbsp water (optional)
½ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp honey OR maple syrup
