We recommend you start with Day 1 and work forwards from there. If you are playing catch up, complete the first four exercises using Day four’s routine.
Exercise
Today we’ll add a little boost to Day Two’s chair lifts.
Day Six Routine: Legs II, Hinges
- Leg hinges, 2 sets of 10 per leg
Lean over using the chair for support again, and hinge over forward so that your back is flat. Lift your leg behind you as in the previous exercise.
Instead of bringing it back down, you’re going to bend your leg so your knee comes to your chest, with your foot flexed, then extend back out to a pointed toe.
Repeat ten sides per leg and then switch. Repeat.
