Northern Bootcamp helping to improve your life! – Louisa’s amazing 6 month update

 

I don’t know if you ever get much post course feedback on what your clients did next !

But just to help remind how your company can make massive improvements to peoples lives. I came to Northern Bootcamp with my friend Suzy in March. At the time probably 4-5 stone overweight and needing to find my focus again in life. Since leaving Northern Bootcamp I have lost 16kgs, I have re-established a regular exercise pattern and am making healthier food choices

..( well with the occasional day off !).

I have realised you don’t know what you are capable of until you try it. My biggest achievement (other than surviving Dave’s sand dune sprints ) is this weekend! I completed by first 10km road race. I had great apprehension on the day as I had never been a good runner. In March I couldn’t run 200 metres without stopping on the beach. On the day, I managed 10km in 1hr9 minutes which I was over the moon about. May not be able to rival Usain Bolt but certainly felt a great sense of achievement.

You will be pleased to see I also did some good promotion on the run in my bright orange northern bootcamp t shirt which had many compliments ! Just need a smaller sized one now.
