Life pre- Northern bootcamp: Hockey player, economist, outdoor activity instructor, director of corporate events company, medical sales, personal trainer… the list goes on.
Perfect day off: Run on the beach at sunrise with Dan, then an adventure activity (surfing wins at the moment) with our children, followed by a bbq with friends and finished off with a kitchen disco and dancing.
Highlight of your job: Taking early morning sessions and watching people run or walk so much faster and further than they ever thought they could.
