Coming to Northern Bootcamp isn’t about competing with anybody else – it’s about putting in maximum effort and reaching your personal weight loss and fitness goals.
However, everyone enjoys a bit of competition every now and then, which is why we’ve decided to bring back the Northern Bootcamp Fitness Test competition.
Anybody who has been on camp will be familiar with the fitness tests. At the start and end of each week, we ask people to take part in the Button Run, and also to do as many sit ups, squats and press-ups as they can in two minutes.
The very best scores go onto our leaderboard where, until now, all that was at stake was pride.
Now, that is changing, and there will be prizes up for grabs for the person who tops the leaderboard in EACH CATEGORY at the end of 2016.
