Have you got that spring back in your step yet? If you’re still not quite feeling it, these fantastic kettlebell exercises should help.
Kettlebells are great because they can improve your strength and explosive power. You can vary the difficulty by using lighter/heavier kettlebells. However, we’re looking for a spring in your step, so it’s ok to stick to the lower weights, and if you need to increase the difficulty, it’s best to increase the number of repetitions.
Find a kettlebell you can lift comfortably with one hand, and start by doing ten of each of the below, with a short rest in between. Repeat the whole set of exercises three times.
Remember to warm up and warm down carefully and thoroughly!
