Back in September, we ran the latest in our wonderful series of competitions to win a stay with Northern Bootcamp.
Our lucky winner was Lesley Archer, who won a four-day boot camp for her and a friend.
Lesley is heading to Northern Bootcamp this weekend for her all-inclusive prize, and we caught up with her before she arrives to find out how she’s feeling about it.

What made you enter the win a boot camp competition? I need a good kick start to my fitness and a few friends have already been and said how great it is at Northern Bootcamp!
How did you feel when you found out you had won? So excited, I’ve never won anything before!
Have you ever taken part in anything like this before? No!
Can you describe your feelings as you start the camp? I am a bit nervous but excited at the same time to see what I can really achieve. I have been fairly fit before in the past.
What would you like to get out of your time here? I would like it to start me back on a great fitness path!
