Chocolate Easter Treat from the Northern Bootcamp Team

Simple and Delicious!

Northern Bootcamp Chocolate mousse

Bootcamp Choc Mousse

3 egg whites whisked until stiff.

Melt 100g of 85% coca dark choc in microwave – careful not to burn.

Add 2 tablespoon of carnation extra light milk (evaporated) or 1 tbsp. of coconut milk -light and allow the choc mixture to cool slightly.  Then fold into the egg whites and scoop into a bowl to put in the fridge.

REMEMBER – portion size is everything. This should serve at least 8 people and when dished up with some delicious red berries, will cost you less than 100 calories.
