The emphasis at our boot camps is always on fun – activities and exercise programmes are varied and tailored to suit each individual. Routines can include cardio sessions, interval training, kettlebell classes, boxing tuition, spinning, Pilates, circuit training, core stability workouts, Swiss ball classes, strength sessions and more.
We like to mix it up, too – depending on the weather and conditions, we can take you canoeing down a river, abseiling over a cliff, mountain biking in a forest, surfing a wave in the sea, firing arrows, learning to read a map while running, or hiking up the Cheviot Hills.
