After having baby number two, I, Caroline am looking forward to getting back into shape, finding my fitness again and appreciating all the benefits of exercise that I have missed this year.
As our residential camps are running perfectly with the team in charge, this has given us a little more time to get a new team together to run some local sessions on the beach near to Seahouses. One of the Northern Bootcamp team will be running the sessions 3 times per week.
The first session will be on Tuesday 27th May..
The initial times that we are trialing to begin with are:
Thursday 6.15pm -7pm
Saturday 9am – 9.45am
The cost will be £5 per person per session and you will simply pay as you turn up. You will need to fill in a questionnaire prior to the session, so if it is your first session please arrive early to do this, or we can email you this in advance.
The meeting point will be – in the layby of St Aidan’s dune, opposite the turning to North Sunderland at the Seahouses end of Bamburgh beach. If unsure where this is, please give the office a call in advance on 08454673750.
Absolutely ALL levels of fitness are welcome and no matter how unfit or fit you feel, you will work at your own rate and get the most out of the session. We ensure that every exercise or session is adapted to your ability.
Please bring with you a full waterbottle and wear suitable footwear – (no bare feet please) and clothing.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. However, children are welcome to come with you and join in for free, however they will be able to do body weight exercises only and must be managed by yourselves.
We will aim to utilise the most effective training techniques to ensure that we gain maximum benefit from these sessions. We will also have huge variety including some , HIIT, circuits, cardio, boxing, kettlebells and turbulence training to name a few.
