In Steve’s own words ”As a first timer on camp I was apprehensive thinking I never going to be able to do all of this…… wrong was I! Dan and Caroline adapted the exercise programme enabling me to do the same exercises but at my level with lots of encouragement and motivation. I was self conscious of being the largest there and losing everyone down but I found everyone has their limitations and abilities and was able to support each other in the tasks ahead.
