- 12 weeks of personalised exercise programming, designed around your individual requirements, ability, time available and lifestyle. Fully structured around your needs and goals with accountability to your own personal trainer and feedback on a bi-weekly basis.
- A welcome pack, to include in depth lifestyle questionnaire, weights and measurements sheet and guidelines, session terminology explanation, exercise movement glossary (including images), fitness testing parameters, our guaranteed commitment to your improvement.
- An initial comprehensive, questionnaire that will draw out individual goals, objectives, limitations, lifestyle factors and realistic training patterns.
- Assignment to a specialist trainer that is expert in the field relative to your individual goals.
- A personal structured 4 weekly program (x 3 in total) that is completely personalised to reflect the information that you have provided.
- Personal commitment from your trainer to respond to bi-weekly feedback and adapt your program where necessary.
- The opportunity to check in with your trainer on a bi-weekly basis, provide feedback on training and discuss any problems that have arisen or may arise. Be given an updated program where necessary.
- Monitoring of progress, via fitness testing in week 1, 8 and 12. Accountability to trainer by submission of weights and measures (where appropriate) in weeks 1, 4, 8, 12.
