Feeling the Bootcamp Attitude

“Please pass my regards on to the whole Bootcamp team. I’ve been walking 5k everyday (which my pug is not happy about – he threw a tantrum yesterday at 2k and flung himself on the ground. I had to carry him for a bit which I counted as weight training because my arms were shaking afterwards. His vet has told us he needs to lose 4 kilos!)

“I’ve been going for runs and done a few hill sprint sessions in the mornings, and we found an old punch bag in our propstore so I have been boxing during my lunchtimes at work. I’ve also been really sticking to good, clean foods and being careful with what, when and how much I eat. I already feel a big difference.

“Bootcamp has definitely changed my attitude towards healthy living and I feel so much more motivated and driven. My weight loss and fitness goals will take a bit of a time, but they now feel achievable whereas before they felt overwhelming so I can only say thank you to everyone. I had a brilliant week & am definitely still feeling the post Bootcamp blues!”
